If you are having trouble with the new paper_lantern theme with cPanel. Then this article will help you solve the problem with no CSS, or Javascript showing up on your new cPanel templates.
You will need SSH access for this.
The fix involves setting up a new symbolic link, and the last parameter depends on what host you are using. I have two servers: 1.) from hostmonster (dedicated server) and 2.) one from Bluehost (VPS server).
Therefore I used this command for my Dedicated server with Hostmonster:
ln -s paper_lantern hostmonster
And, I used this command for my VPS server with Bluehost:
ln -s paper_lantern bluehost
